Drug Awareness Training

Drug Awareness Training –The purpose of the training is to improve an individual’s ability to recognize employees who may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and to take appropriate action to enhance workplace safety and to help employees overcome their addiction.  The attendees should become more adept to recognizing the possible presence of drug category other than alcohol, or a medical condition, and at conveying a credible basis for that suspicion.   Controlling problems in the workplace can lead to better morale, safety, lower medical costs, and improve absenteeism.
